So I log on bnet and i make a game asking high runes for my cta. A few people come and go and the last guy I trade with is a barb. We open a trade screen, I show my cta. He closes trade screen then tries to trade with me again so I accept. He quickly exits the trade screen and leaves the game. Then I leave the game and says I lost connection to bnet. Then it says I'm temporarily restricted. wtf..

says you were temporarily restricted? then oh big surprise you are temporarily restricted! not banned, TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED. also known as realm down.

Nah bro, you just join games/leave too fast.

If you have dsl, restart it by pressing the power button or taking it outta the power plug, if you have dial up reconnect.
