IP Ban

Shift, did they just unban you, or did you figure out a solid way to get around the IP ban?

I'm currently under an IP ban, and I was using socks to get around it. After a couple hours online today I lost connection and now socks won't work for me either, no matter which IP I switch too.

Any ideas? Or do I just have to wait it out?

I just waited it out, the whole 1 week and 6 days. The more you try to login, the longer the ban will be.

it looks like a straight up two week ban

i don't see how attempting to log in adds to the ban duration, unless i've missed something

Yes, either you can wait of if you have an router/DSL modem, you can change your IP address and boom. Sometimes renewing an IP address can work too but rarely works.
