Smiter paladin

Well im planning to build up a good smiter paladin.. i need to have some questions answered though..

ive read some smiter guides and it says to add 100-140 dex pts? if not then 100 with items boosting it to 140 dex? is that true?

and also, some guides say to max holy freeze.. maybe the point of that is to slow down the enemy and catch them quickly ..but is this necessary?

i wanna know what i really need in terms of skills and items and stats in order to be a good 5 star smiter paladin

we have like a million smiter guides, if u bothered to look more deeply u would realise..

Try my guide. It has different setups and it includes exact stats for lvl 90 paladins depending on which realm you play on. I haven't added a west setup yet as I havn't had the patients to build a smiter on west.

Use the search button and Type "Kazzer smiter guide AGAIN!" according to frater the guide is nice. Also if anyone could critique my guide I would be very greatful.
