Need Help with Hero's Editor

Hello

I Recently downloaded a hero editor V9.0 and i dont know where to put the file and how it works. i really need help i have trying for hours. i jus need some one to explain what im doning wrong.

NOTE: Hero's Editor will only work for Single Player or Open B.net - this will not work at all with your Closed B.net characters (because they are stored on a server rather than your computer). It allows you to tweak several aspects of a character such as stats, gear, or skills.

Just download the file to your desktop, open it up, and you'll need to have already made a character in the game. Click on "Open" in Hero's Editor, and select the character which you wish to edit. After they open up, go to town with tweaking him here and there (obviously you can edit his stats in the "Stats" tab, his gear in "Inventory" tab, and his progress in game with some of the other tabs). After you make all the changes you want, hit "Save" and that character has now officially been tweaked.
