Okay... IM going by a guide that i once read (on here)
Charged Strike:
Items:
T-Strokes (4+ Java)
Griffons (os 1 w/ -5/5 Lite Facet)
CoH (Archon)
-20/20 Monarch (if you get lucky a Jewelers monarch w/ additional mod)
+3 Java // 20% Ias Gloves (mods must includ Dex or Str + life + resist)
Raven's + Mara's
Verdungos (14%)
Eth Treks (15/15)
Thats for CS FarCast Zon.. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

Now what i can suggest if your poor use:
Vamps
Titans (or low T-Strokes)
Shaft (or whatever you can get your hands on)
Ias Gloves
My zon uses Gores for boots
Any Ring (doesnt matter.. you couldnt afford a P.Raven if you wanted to but make sure it has AR + Stat mod + resist)
Blue Java Zon Ammy (Blue = Magical)
StormShield (Shael would be smart.)
And of course you Inv should contain Atorch Anni
Java GC's (mods STR,LIFE)
Life/Resist SCs

VaK why a 14 Verdungos and not a 15? ^^ or was that a typo? your farcast zon is decent but its not a power build and most fc zons are pure power builds they dont rely on resist or dr because chances are if anything even gets close to you before there dead there absorbing and you may as well leave.
i'd go with tgods or spider, 2x bk rings or sojs i prefer enigma over coh you may as well be able to teleport... if sorcs get near you then there absorbing so why have resist gear...
