Question - does decrep amp damage?

Well i've never had the time to confirm myself if decrep actually ''amps'' in the skill menu it says "Curses a group of enemies to make them slow, weak and take amplified damage". So does decrep act as a better version of amp or is it different?

Yes. The amp on decrip only works at 50% whereas Amp dmg works at 100% |
