I just joined this realm yesterday and it looks great plays just like diablo but with mods made how they should be, No extra programs or anything to install, just a gateway editor and a modified d2patch mpq,

Actually there are no hacks, or cheaters, it's played just like battle.net except with the allowed use of maphack and d2 loader, and special things added like occy rings are back and alot of new things, it incorporates all the best things from all the patches including all the items and then some.

To register and apply for this,

you must go to

www.diablo2realms.com

register for the forums,
go to the subforum apply for account,
get your username and password,

download the 1.10 patch, the mpq and gateway editor,
open the gate way editor click the diablo 2 tab at the bottom and fill in the blanks with

Name: Apocalypse Realm
IP Address: 202.173.129.113
Time Zone: +10

then start up diablo 2 like normal
at the main menu make sure your realm says apocalypse
then click battle.net like normal and proceed from there

I'm going to have to say thats your hardware setup as, i live in MI, and experience little to no lag, and its about 10x's as quick as battle.net, my ping stays below 150 always.

Apocalypse i played for a while but no1 is ever on that realm. But it is 1.09-1.11 all combined into 1. D2 Relived is just 1.09. So it all depends.

For the advertising, yea I don't think you can but only the mods can like FrogMan already advertised D2 Relived.
