There are some. I know there are. I just cant seem to think of anyright now. Dragon keep your sig is huge. I normally dont complain but I am on dial up and it took a little while for me to load this page. Roughly fiv minutes

Necro?
Usually necro has the least def(to me) unless ure wearing enigma and delirium...then i have nothing to say...but the bone shield is great for pumping up the def and absorbing dmg...
Bone Necro usually cant really dmg huge groups even with bone spear....if ure surrounded in hell chaos sanctuary,ure usually dead (unless with enigma and tele away )
Bone necros are cheap,dun get me wrong,the items for it is easy to find...(lets not say runewords)...But the skills are a little not group attacks...Psn necro for me is the best...their poson nova owns!But the right eqiupment for em is really expensive...If u wanna know more bout psn necro...theres a psn necro build in character development category...

New to forum, been playing D2 since day 1. Amazon most versatile. Bowazons almost unstoppable in pvm. Got a level 81 in act 5 hell lvl that does real well. Sorc 2nd best, especially with Frozen Orb. Don't Battle Net much because dial up.

im not much for pvp but i do know the best pvm char by far better then any other char i have played would be a summoning necromancer now i hear the bone spirit can be very good for pvp and i have been killed once by a tppk necro using bone spirit, but a summoning necro world stone and baal in hell were a cakewalk with items i had 29 skel mastery 29 skeletons 24 skel mage and 21 revive they were my offense and i use a act 2 nm offense merc (might aura) this gives my skeletons a nice boost of damage, then i use decrepify curse on just about everything decrepify weakens, slows target, and amp damages this curse will make or break your skeletons with monsters doing 33% less damage slowed by 50% or more and amped they make quick work of everything except act bosses which are still easy but take a lil time to kill because minions only do 25% damage to bosses in hell either way you look at it hell baal still couldnt kill a single skeleton

Summoning Necro may be easier, but it's damn slower than a good Javazon or duel tree Sorceress.

Well, i guess this argument can be viewed several different ways depending on how one looks at the title... the best all around character, now i took it to be referring to the character with the most versatility, (i.e.-the most different effective builds, or something to that effect) or.. i suppose you could read it as "the character with the best all-around single build" now the way i read it... meaning the one w/the most effective builds... it would be a paladin without a doubt.. simply because there are SO many different variations with whom (with the right equip) can solo hell... not many chars have ANY builds that allow them to do this, let alone multiples.. but basically you can make a pali with any skill off the combat tree you wish, and with the right setup, you can SURVIVE, if not own pvm or pvp.. ( if you would like to know the different builds i'm referring to.. Zealot, Avenger, FoH'r (best pvp), Hammerdin (best pvm), smiter (used to be very good b4 syn.), Charge Pali (Incredible +% dmg when syn maxed and using fana and right equp) basically every skill on the combat list lol

i think hammerdins own quite possibly anything. With enigma they rush, the kill monsters, they can duel. :devilish:

PALLY"S!!!!! it has to be pallies. U could make a hammerdin for rushing. FOher for caster killing. Smiter for Mellee owning. Zealer for zealer only leagues. Charges are also kool
