lol would u like to prove that? sc's dont go higher then 5% fhr, ever. unless ur playing on open and are makin ur own charms, but other then that, u can never find an sc that gives more then 5% fhr. u could find it on a GC mayb but not an SC

if its a GC, look at how long the 300dam is over. most gc's with high poison dmg are over ...for example... 20 seconds. so in reality ur doing very low poison dmg, even tho it says 300, being over 20 seconds makes it only 15 pdam per second....which is pointless

I second the max 5% fhr sc. I have never seen a sc with more than 5% fhr.
