Permin Hr's by Upgrade?

When you upgrade two runes that you know are duped, will the newly created rune be permed?

like, Ohm+Ohm+Diamond=Permed Lo?

well that what i usually do with my dupe ums that iget....none of the hrs i make out it poof.

i hate you so ladder, if only non could do this. All the stores could sell perm hr's and blizz couldnt have them deleted

well i use to buy duped ums from my friends on ladder pretty cheap and i would transmute em and they didnt poof. to bad stupid blizz patched it

Yea, if you transmuted a duped ohm or w/e and turned it to zod the zod is legit
