1. Create a game, with password.
2. Start up azureus or something 3. Drop item and make sure there is lots of lag 4. come back and get duped item viable?

No running other programs/downloading ect. remains client side lag.
You need server side lag to dupe.

DDos the server IP you're on.
Best advice I can give for lag duping

He doesnt mean duping is illegal. Performing a ddos on blizzard is illegal how ever.

Duping is illegal to the ToS which you agree to. Fine, since dDos is out of the question, get about 5 games started on the same IP and do the necro bonewall/summon lag attempt in all the games all on the same ip and you might be able to lag the server hard enough. And if you can't then definitely go with the ddos

Duping it itself isn't illegal actually because bnet is written in such a way that duping can occure naturally, although creating the conditions for that occurance are illegal.

You'd never get a Lawyer to uphold that in court. The programming code and ToS obviously prohibit it.

Your argument makes no sense what so ever. A random server rollback can result a dupe, i bet i can find any lawyer to uhold that, show me please where in the terms of use there is a point refering to "if an item is randomly duped on your account by a server rollback we can sue you". Find that bit for me please.

im pretty sure u couldnt find any lawyer to defend you for breakin the terms of service of a video game unless perhaps its the copy rights you are breaking. blizz would never press charges against you, why would they? they can simply delete ur account and ban that key.

Which is my point exactly because blizzard couldn't get you in court either if you had any clue how to properly dDos. Now back to my point.

Direct Denial Of Service.. pinging them to death.
dont try it, or the fbi will be on your ass... its a federal offense. duping is not against the law, it is against the contract you agreed to with blizzard. you break that agreement, then ban your account, cdkeys, even your ip if they want. any more questions? |
