I use the following for my magic finding for Hell Andy and Hell Meph runs. If you haven't figured out this character's purpose is to......magic find items.....
Stats:
Strg- enough to use gear (i would say around either 50 or 104..i'll explain)
Dex- none
Vitality- Rest of points
Energy- (I usually go for around 500 base mana)
Skills:
Cold Skills
lvl 20 ice bolt,
lvl 20 frozen orb
lvl 20 cold mastery
Fire Skills
lvl 1 warmth
Lightning Skills
lvl 1 static field
lvl 1 teleport
lvl 1 charged bolt
lvl 1 lightning
lvl 1 nova
lvl 1 chain lightning
lvl 1 thunderstorm
lvl 1 lightning mastery
Put as many leftover points into telekisis and energy shield
Gear Information:
Now there is two ways to make this character work the cheap ok/great way or the godly mf/expensive way

Helm- Tals Helm Ptopaz'd
Weapon- Tals Weapon Ist'd

Shield- Grim Shield Splendor Runeword
Belt- Tals Belt
Gloves- Chance Gaurd
Rings- Nagels
Boots- War Travs
Ammy- Tals Ammy
Rich Way/ Expensive Way
Helm- Ist'd Shako
Armor- Ptopaz'd Tals
Weapon1/Shield1- Occy or Hoto with Lidless or Grim Shield Splendor Runeword
Weapon2/Shield2- 6 socketed Crystal Sword Ist'd with 4 socketed Monarch Ist'd
Belt- Perfect Goldwrap
Gloves- Perfect Chance Guards
Ammy- Mara's for resists (trust me you'll need res)
Rings- either Perfect Nagels or 40% mf magic rings
Boots- Perfect War Travs
Inventory:
Any Sorceress Torch/ Perfect 20/20 Sorceres Torch
Any Anni Small Charm/ Perfect 20/20/10 Anni Small Charm
Any Gheeds Grand Charm/ Perfect Gheeds Grand Charm
20+ 7% mf small charms
Mercenary:
Act 2 Nightmare Defensive Mercenary
Gear:
Weapon Choice 1- BoneHew Amn Amn or EthBonehew Amn Amn
Weapon Choice 2- Eth Breath of the Dying Warpike
Armor- Fortitude or a decent Eth Stone
Helm- Delirium Bone Visage or Tals Mask for more life leech
With this you should have close to 650-700 % mf.....happy magic finding with this guide
Me personally have had facets drop from mephs run after run. Its all luck basically though. Baal can drop any item at all him being ilvl=95. If he drops it that is...its hard for him to drop...but if he does drop its great. It's all about patients (spellled that wrong) but yea. This is my guide that I always follow and have fun with it.
Killing Andy-Mephisto
Andy: Clear the 2nd room where Andy is and just orb her to death
Meph: Teleport right to him and static him while orbing him, 3-4 orbs and he should die while your merc is the dummy
I really dont see a problem with the gear....so idk what ppl are saying about, i dont die from either andy or meph without having insight on my merc for mana regeneration but it would help I guess instead of using mana pots and rebuying them after you killed both andy and meph...But its just a suggestion i guess....well i guess that is it for my guide...sry if it still sucks
