Tool or APC?

Ok...as most of you who actually my posts know...I am a Tool/A Perfect Circle freak...so...who do you think is better...Tool or A Perfect Circle...I feel Tool cannot be topped but APC is a very close second...since Maynard makes them both rediculously awsome...anyway what do you all think?

I saw APC in Long Beach...they were great and I'm gonna see em again in June...but I'm waiting to see Tool next summer cause they rule

"Hooker With a p.e.n.i.s." is an awesome song. More artists should come clean like TOOL.

I think Eulogy is their best song...and from APC I love Pet and The Noose...it's a very close tie

Eulogy - "Get off your fugging cross. We need the fugging space to nail the next fool, Martyr." ... lol. I like how they left this line way at the very end to keep you guessing.

I thought it was put pretty straight at "You claimed all this time that you would die for me. Why then are you so surprised when you hear your own eulogy. He had a lot to say. He had a lot of nothing to see." Considering Maynard's views on religon any fan can decipher the message quickly. But actually when you look at how APC only has 2 albums they have proven more active on the religous front...considering Mer De Noms (Sea of Names) had so many biblical figures...if not directly mentioned the songs referred to them...Mary Magdalen...Icarus...Judith (can't remember the last name but she claimed it was god's will that she decapitated somebody...of course she was killed for her crime hence the irony in the line "It's not YOU killed someone" since according to her god killed him)

Well the songs are meant in more of a mocking sense...it's just hte way Maynard is...gotta love the song Opiate by Tool..."Jesus Christ! why don't you come save my life now? Open my eyes...blind my with your light...and your lies."
