Yah I just read that and the analogies are pretty good. I had never thought of it that way but it was interesting.
Job classes in FFXI are much the same ,although there are differences.
My main job in FFXI would be a Rouge in WoW.
My Monk would be the main damage over time player,just raw carnage.
I do not Tank on these jobs,I do not want the mob looking at ME....that is the Tanks job...get,hold,and keep hate.
In any game...a great party is based on a few factors. What jobs are available at your appropriate level,the skill of the player...and a leader that knows enough about how a job works to assemble a good team.
Sometimes shit just happens and even great players can't pull out a win in a hopeless situation.Having said this ,even the best of players make mistakes.
