Best place to find runes???

Hay i have heard that the best place to find high lvl runes is count hell but i am startin to doubt cause i never get ne thing..... if u know of ne higher chance places can u plzzz tell me ty in advance

Council members have best % to drop Ber, Hephesto has best % for Zod, and cows have dropped Vex a few times. Random killing you'd be surprised what you find, I got an Ist from a Devilkin

i like trav too but in hell u also have a good chance 4 gheeds

i usually stick to good ol' countess as she has a better chance to drop a high rune than any of the others do, although hephasto and meph stone is good

all level 85+ areas. Like pit , river of flame, the temples in act 3, like disused fane and all that. Hell cows. There are more but thats an idea, the chances to find anything good are still practically nothing. if you find anything higher then hel then i recomend you look up at the sky everytime your outside for any falling heavy objects, Like planes elephants etc or maybe play the lottery.

Although i once found ber in the act 2 while rushing someone in the tombs. Maybe jesus touched me or something.

I agree with Warslut, Council members on hell are the best. I've found most of my runes from them, plus you can kill them at the same time you kill Mephisto.

runes at andy in hell suck, but ive dropped gheeds galore there... ill have to give the trav thing a whorl just to see if i can find ber runes... going to make a 100% legit enigma from runes i find (will probably be 2 years in the making here lol) but i will not trade for 1 single rune that will go into it... hehe

I find Hel all the time with my lvl 2x chars on norm, with my pally in hell, i usually come across lem, ist, Um, and pul. I got a Jah from my hellforge =P

Try the Flayer Jungle, or City of The Damned. If you have decent resists, you can do CS runs.

what about the concil members in travincal rather then the ones just by meph? i know their super tough with a sorc but do they drop good?

Just like anything else, you have to be patient... but they do drop good sometimes
