HELP ME with Far Cast

i downloaded far cast and i copyed data folder and then do i just right click d2 folder and press paste? becouse i tryd that and it dose not work even after i added -direct -txt
i am starting to get mad lol
any help woud be great

Your using Obliviate's Farcast right? I'll try to go through this step by step. First, click on start on the bottom left of the desktop screen, then click on My Computer then click on Local Disk then click on Program Files, then find and click on the Diablo II folder. Next thing you do is look for a folder called data, if theres one in there right click on it and delete it. Then go into the farcast folder you downloaded you'll see a folder called "Data" left click on it once and hold the button down drag the Data folder to your Diablo II folder then release the button, and it should be in there. Next if you dont have a shortcut on your desktop for diablo make one now, you should see a Diablo.exe in your Diablo II folder right click drag it on your desktop, release and then click on "Create Shortcuts Here" then after that, right click on the Diablo II exe you just created on your desktop and click on shortcut and find "Target" it should look like this "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" add -direct -txt at the end so it should look exactly like this "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -direct -txt after your done click apply then your finished. When you want to run diablo use that same shortcut on your desktop if you ever want to remove fc then just delete the Data folder from your Diablo II folder.
