if you want subdomains ill link you to some(which are free)
or if you want .coms, .nets, .orgs... what ever, it will cost money.

subdomains are like http://www.yoursite.theirsite.com or like http://www.theirsite/yoursite.

some sites like that are fine cause you can use html to block advertisements and use a third party site to make a forwarding address. i forget what its called but i use one for my old sites cause i'm too lazy to memorize my webaddress.

Hosting Zero gives me a free subdomain (mysite.hostingzero.com) with 1gb of space and like 10 gigs of bandwith

Most of them give you the same thing. Some have a variety of pay options starting at free and going to premium.
