Installed Mod without Backup

Is there a way to restore the game to normal with no mods attached? I made the retarded mistake of installing a mod and didn't back up the files, and now I can get rid of the mod obviously (which sucks cause the mod is retarded) . Is there a program or something that can revert the game to normal (other than an uninstall reinstall). Thanks for any help you are able to offer

ur just goin to have to reinstall it man, its really not that big of a deal. it will take u mayb 10 minutes tops. there might be a way to repair the files without completely reinstalling it...some programs can do that just off the cd but i dont think diablo can. just reinstall it real quick.
