How do i get the downloaded items onto my character

I already responded to your PM telling you how to know if you're playing on Open/Closed.

So on closed there is no way getting items from downloaded packs / single items etc..

On open, you can do it easily, you gotta use a Zonfire's Hero Editor or UDIE...
