We've come to the conclusion that there is no way our guild can grow on Medivh. Medivh is one of the oldest and best PvE servers there is. Everything has been accomplished, almost all the good players are already in the high end raiding guilds. So if we want TB to become more than a few friends and some random n e w b i e s we recruit we are going to have switch and get on a new server where everyone will be starting out like our guild.

Personally I would not even mind if we switched to a PvP server, but to get the free transfers it would have to be to another PvE. We are currently waiting to see if Medivh is open for the free transfers or not before we make any final decisions.

A few of you here are in this guild, your thoughts? Also, would anyone else be interested in joining us if we switch? We will still be alliance though, no ugly hordes. We will have a distinct advantage over most guilds on the new server since we will have a lvl 60 and at least one high 50, and we will have a 300/300 alch herb and a 300/300 chant/tailor. Also we will probably have at least two lvl 29 twinks transferring.

Idk, whenever I play I just level with Xia, so if she wants to switch then maybe I will.

my mage is to the point where she is pretty much stuck without a decent sized guild. theres like 2 more dungeons i can do with PuGs and then the rest are only ran by high end raid guilds. right now the only way i could progress through the PvE aspect of the game would be to leave the guild and try to get into a big raiding guild. either that or i wait a really long time for everyone in the guild to level up. but it wouldnt be just the people in the guild since we have such lack of class diversity, it would be waiting for people to join and then level. right now we have like 80% dps characters and like 10% of each healing and tanks. we need at a minimum like 25-30% of each tanks and healers to be able to form groups. this will take forever since basically all the good tanks and healers are all ready in guilds. but if we switch servers, we could possibly grab a few before high end raiding guilds get established. and probably become one of said raiding guilds.
