For 30hr, it's not perm. Perm ones would be 200hr ish.

i dont know if its dupe or not i perm by myself by talking to akara and then exit screen simular to trade screen perm but akara perms u because after u go to item screen with her bnet recagnizes the dupe just like trade screen perm so if u do that it wont poof for sure msg stickymarijuana uswest ladder if u want 08 valk for 25 high runes

It's OBVIOUSLY a dupe... It's a given. It's an 08 item on ladder.

It might be perm, might not be... at the price you're willing to ditch it at, it's unperm.

I have a perm 100% perfect COA that I wouldn't let go for under 300hr.
