I posted this on Battle.net's open tech forum but no reply in over a week, just wondering if any of you shared this problem or know a way to fix it.
When i go over my little cousins house he likes to play diablo 2 with me, and i usually can fix most problems on a computer but this one has me stumped.
After i exit from every game, battle net takes a very long time to load, exits all the way to the loading battle.net screen(finding fastest server connecting to battle.net screen etc etc) and requires me to put in account name and password, after every game i make or join.
also during games i play with my cousin it says he has exited battle.net on a friends list after a certain amount of time spent in game, even though he is still in game.
He has two differen't dell computers on the same router that share this problem. Any ideas?
Ive tried fowarding the ports, and deleting the caches as suggested in battle.nets troubleshooting guides and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
