Another full proof way to rely on a proxy is to setup a home one. Forwarding a port like oh I dont know 8302 and hosting a proxy server ccproxy.com
Will allow you to have a fast, stable, and reliable 24/7 proxy.

lol my friend kerian made his own and he made it privte so that you could only use if u have a acount, but theres one FirewallDown - Web-Based Proxy Service i used to use that b4 it got baned
