I need help making charms, like the kind that look big but only take up one inventory space.

I hope you didnt register just for this, and anyway. These are "item qualitys"
Some work and some dont.
To do this, right click the item, special editing functions, change items quality, and usually in unique. But this is pointless anyhow. Good luck..
