what kind of runes are you speaking of if you don't mean hrs

I'd prefer ists.. Not hrs.. (Sur, cham, ber, jah, zod, vex)
Btw i think that all of the items are legit since i've just found out yestuday how to perm.. ^^

Can i buy arach for Ist rune,
or can i buy 2 soj arach for Vex and 4 Ist
