Well i just bought WoW and it takes FOREVER to download the patch! im leavin it on all night but when i start what server should i play and what char should i start as? Also,I just got done creating my account and WoW is already installed but its downloading something that takes up 435 MB. Is it a patch or somethin??

I actually wouldn't recommend getting into the game playing either a Warrior or a Priest, because they're the two key classes in the party and you're going to have quite a bit of responsibility on your shoulders for someone that's just starting.

I'd recommend a Rogue or Hunter, since all they're expected to do is hit things and occasionally sap.

I am playing on 2 servers. One as a Nite Elf Hunter/female...the other as an Undead Rogue again female.They are both low level and pathetic so starting over on another server is no big deal.Just leave what server you choose and your character name here. I posted all mine in WoW section.

Umm i downloaded the patch and tried logging in and it says installing update and then it installs the patch over and over....

well i started it up and it said that download successful but it started the patch thing again and i cancel but it still wont work! what do i do??
It starts downloading and goes to 50 MB real fast but then slowly keeps downloading...

just let it work, it may take a long time, its a big game. if you get an error, it should give you a link to help fix it.

LMAO Damn Frog...>.> it took me an hour to learn to run....to say I am *lame* is giving me undue credit. That I learned *strafing* made my toes tingle with pride.

OMG!!!! after 2 hours its finally done and this thing with blizzard updater pops up and starts downloading something! is this supposed to happen? its this thing that says stuff about the new patch and then at the bottom it says its downloading and 7% done
