umm.. Why would you want to 1.10 other than the ability to use old hacks?

1.11 offers more runewords (if useless), the torch charm, and ubers.

Well in 1.10 the pvm and melee was more fun as well as the synergies were better. also ubers can be added to any 1.10 patch with the right coding.
