sorc help please

i tried logging into my sorc, but when i clicked to play her, a screen popped up and said "player not found" but when i clicked on any other player it would run as usual.
please help

Your problem might be the lack of use of her on battle.net. After 30 days of no useage they usually patch the character out. She'll still be listed but not usable. Happens to me alot but thats cause i try to hack the stats with a hex editor and they catch me lol

another reason might be ppl attempting to crack your password. Users that try and fail are usually muted, suspended and on occasion removed and the owner of it sometimes gets a risk at random.
