Hi, hope you enjoy WoW. The only real advice I could give you is to stay away from buying gear from the Auction House, you'll know what I mean, it's a bad habit that I used to have that eats up your money. Also, whatever class you choose is fine, no class is really "the easiest", just play whatever suits your playstyle.

Try to avoid playing a Warrior or a Priest from the get-go, they're essential for parties and it's best if you don't start your first toon as something that people will depend on. No offense, I speak from experience. You'll want to try Rogue or something until you've got a full grasp on Party mechanics and stuff.
Probably the best feel for the game comes from a Shaman, to be honest. You get a dip in every type of combat all in one convenient package, but you have no crowd-control skills so you can't **** up in that aspect, and you'll be depended on surprisingly little for your healing until you get Lesser Healing Wave because everyone knows Shaman spells take forever to cast and aren't that powerful.

^^can't say a shaman, from experience they don't really get fun until level 40 (woot shaman rage) but id say any one these classes, Rouge, Mage, Warlock, Pally (on Ally), or even a hunter. Those are a few toons i rolled to about 40-50 never really got to 60, but i did get a Priest, Warrior and Warlock to 60 (yes I've been playing A VERY long time, and a fast leveler), so stick with any on those and you should get a pretty good feel for the mechanics of lowbie WoW.

Congrats on getting WoW man. About the classes im gonna say that there is no "easy" class but when i started, i didnt like mage. The main things i like were Rogues and pallys. And if your gonna level by instancing(if you dont know what that is, youll find out soon enough) then humans are usually good because you start near the Deadmines which is a lvl 17-??26?? instance and has some ok drops for low levels. But yeah pallys and rogues are good for starting out. Have fun with WoW
