Because scamming is wrong? Damn the whole screen is messed up in Mod mode. I can also see his IP address and he has had a few accounts...I strongly suspect he will be back as another name.

I spoke with a few Mods about it and it was reversed,because I made a mistake...my bad.Ty Fuggy for logging as Mod so I didn't have to.

Yeah I guess he could get a IP Temp Ban for that but there is no solid rules currently that i've seen about this but who knows.

It was my mistake as his IP looked like another I have banned in the past...I appologized to him in a PM and do it now openly.I made a mistake and openly admit this.
