Uhm, why don't you have your mom type this up your question. I can't understand you at all.

IP Address? As in a TCP / IP Game? Well, you'd do the normal procedure to create a SINGLE player guy, than you can edit it with Hero Editor (save files ".d2s" are located in Diablo II/save/ directory on your C: drive (if you're on windows ) ). Then, by default you can play with them on TCP/IP or opened.
