Remove jewels

Hi, curious to know whether if I removed the jewels from a gemmed monarch, and let say I dupe the monarch (now with 4 open socket) will it be permed? Since this item has not been made any runeword before just gemmed.. Anyone can kindly advice? thanks.

if the monarch has never been a runeword and u dupe it. it will be permed
if the monarch was a runeword and u dupe the runeword, it will be unpermed
if the monarch was a runeword and u HELed it to a white monarch and u dupe it, it will be unpermed
if u dupe a monarch socked with 1-4 jewels in it and it has never been a runeword, it will be permed
if u dupe a monarch that was socked with 1-4 jewels and it has never been a runeword, it will be permed

If its a monarch with with 3 out of 4 sockets and you dupe it and add last rune it will not be permed. My friend did this thinking it would be but it poofed on me.

So will all the duped CoA that are around, if you hel it and resocket it will it perm it?

Putting it in the cube with a hel rune+ tp scroll, unless im mistaken, will not perm it. They only items what can be permed are Jewels and runes by putting them in an armor or weapon.
