Looking at PvP Specs for Mage

I know there's a "Class Strategy" forum for Mages, but nobody really looks there, so I'm just going to put it here.

I'm just wondering which of the following are the best. I'm not going to be giving up Ice Block for anything, and these builds are set around being level 60, rather than 70. One thing at a time. I'd like to hear from some experienced mages who have tried these builds before and how it worked out for them.
