Make sure that you have patch 1.11B for LoD installed. To upgrade the patch, connect to battle.net via Diablo 2 or download the patch from Battle.net - Welcome to the Battle.net Web Site!

Make sure you downloaded the newest Stings and read Siris's Guide on Stings in the Guide forum section.
