70% Faster Cast!

hey guys,
what's the cheapest way to get 70% faster cast on nec and sorc? if you list items, plz also say how much worth they are. thx for your help! 
Wizardspike dagger, 50 fcr 75 all resist and gives a nice ammount of mana, trang gloves or magefist gloves both give 20 fcr. All of these are cheap and can be traded for with low runes gems or other low end items. The gloves and the dagger are all you need for 70 fcr.

Lookin to dupe I'm guessing. Wizspike(50) and either magefist(20), lidless(20), or Vmagi(30) will get you there.

That would probably save you the trouble of finding the rare wand. But seriously, just get wizzy and 2 FCR rings.

70%FCR is pointless, the breakpoints are 75% and 125% (for nec and pala).
