What is the best graphic design program? I seriously need to know because PSP7 is pissing me off!

PSP7 is the way to go, if your feeling brave, try PSP8... Macromedia Fireworks MX is good for animations and adding text.

I agree with Photoshop 7. However, Fireworks is a waste of space.
Anything you can do in Fireworks, you can do in PSP7 if you're skilled enough.
