Safe maphack?

i been trying to read forums but haven't been able to find clearly if any map hacks was safe/undetectable

Actually stings is pretty safe and works fine. You can fine it in the dl section or look at the guide made by siris

yeah potatoe is right.. stings is safe when you just do the 'reveal act' function. the way it works is supposedly normal/natural-- it reveals the map the same way your character reveals the map by moving through an act-- except it does it without you having to actually move anywhere, and it does this without altering your game memory/ d2 dll's

now, if you inject/ or load stings mod/ plugin, so that it alters D2 memory, the warden can easily detect it-- and the warden may flag your account, or eventually punish you in some way later on...

that's why its recommended that you just use the reveal act function--
