Magic Finding Statment

I understand the amount of mf % needed and where to go to find those godlies....but the question I am asking....I would like for someone to help me out and tell me exactly every item i need to hit that 400 mark and with what character.....Of course I'll be using a Anni and Torch for the designated character...but the rest of the items I need help with.....

So basically, I want to kno whats the most powerful, quickest mfer with 400% and the Items I will need to get....(dont be cheap either...The best items.....thx)

Do you want to hit exsactly 400%? That link doesn't work. But, this should get you there;
Shako w/ Ptopaz (74%)
Tal armor w/ Ptopaz (112%)
Tal belt (15%)
Tal amulet (with other tal items gives 65%)
Chance Guards (40% perfect)
Occy (50%)
That should give you around 350% give or take from the Chance guards
Then you could useand ist'ed occy +low war travs, high War travs, gheeds, mf charms or nagels. Depends what you can afford or have.
For your shield use a monarch spirit if you have the strength or a lidless w/ a Pdiamond or Um rune.

I use, on my light sorc, Shako, Tals ammy/armor/belt, gheeds, Occy, chance guards, lidless, Treks, anni, and 2 faster cast rate rings(Because damage doesn't matter a whole lot with lightning, could use soj or nagel though). Thats about the basic setup for any mf sorc. If any one thinks anything is wrong let me know, did this off the top of my head.

well my hammerdin has 606 in mf and i barely die

Helm: isted shako (75%mf)
Armor: enigma (87%mf)
Weapon: 2xist alibaba (68%+87%mf)
Sheild: isted storm (25%mf) yes i know it was stupid to ist a storm <_<
amu: 2+combat skills(29%mf)
gloves: chancies (32%mf)
Boots: Wt (42%mf)
Ring : 2xnagel (27+29%mf)
gheeds 37
10 small charms (between 5-7%mf)

but i always damage andy/meph with hoto/sanctuary and when ive lowered their life i swap to the ali baba and storm..
this is what my hammerdin looks like..
any tips of a good mf sheild? with more than 25%?
