2 to psn bone skills 20 fcr 35life 14res minor mods 1 open socket is this any good or worth anything im crusing forums to get a general idea.

its good, some +str would be nicer, but that has some value

It only has 2 psn bone skills. That doesn't make it worth much, It'd have to be 2 necro skills or 3 psn bone skills. Other good mods on it might make it worth a little but it needs better skill mods to be worth a lot imo.

It's an ok circlet, but nothing awesome.

why did they remove the upload feature? It seems like added work to have to host and all of this. i liked uploading and i was done.

It is a very good circlet, however there are better ones out there. Still, one of the best ones that I've seen for a while. You are only missing +life and +mana mods on it.
