Honestly i have had both injuries to my knee and shoulder, and a dislocated shoulder hurts a lot worse than a knee injury for some reason. Even tho i didn't have the same injury that livingston had, i did have damage to all of my ligaments in my right knee before. The reason why i am favoring the shoulder against the knee is the fact that its hard to stabalize a shoulder than it is on a knee. But hey its my opinion
