Can anyone explain to me how the -requirements% work? For example, the -requirements 20% on the shadowdancers dont really look like it has an effect on my items..

its already added in. as in, the items attributes are changed immediately when they have that effect or when you put something into them. lets make up an armor.
Fur of the Strong Jack-Ass (donkey)
it has 100 str requirement.
you put in a hel (which should be lowering it by 15%)
now it has 85 and thats what itll show on the item.

Wow, I wish I had a Fur of the Strong Jack-Ass armor, I'd sell my perm 08 valk for it in an instant. That armor sounds gfg.
