WW for PvM, really no other choice, some say Con, but really it's too slow. If you want fun in PvP try a WW assasin, thats pretty fun and has a lot of barb-like qualities.

Meh, you need Conc for ubers, and Conc/Frenzy it's better at killing bosses.

Some BO barbs also kick ass at Baalruns.

Berserk is nice for doing Diabloruns.

WW isn't really all that great for PvM.
