When i try and connect to battlenet i get the error "cannot identify program" or something. Is my CD key banned or what is happening?

I think you should re install..
I think it cant detect the game your trying to connect with.

I did if you can read. Maybe i c_a_n T_Y_P_E S_L_O_W_E_R.

The error is - when trying to connect to bnet it (error message) says that it cannot identify the program.

Already tried reinstalling.

Maybe a screenshot would help? And by the way, "cannot identify program" or something is not precise enough. "Or something" interprets that you do not know the exact error. Typing slower would not affect your post's outcome. If you keep responding with the same reply, no one would be able to assist you through the problem you are having.

Just so if anyones gets this problems
Its from your dll files in d2 dir are changed ether from playing a moddin server or a mod u installed that came with d2patch.mpq and like 6 dll files that u overwrited to be safe always backup your files.

Glad you found the solution to your problem, was not going to be a smart ass or anything, but failed to connect after being disconnected is what made me finally stop playing d2, or any battle,net game.
