IMO staff should have a HUGE inbox, because well. There staff, and people always talk to staff in PM's.

I'm sorry, I have to say something about this... I know I have low posts and what not but if you look at my join date you'll see i've been here for a while.. Anyways... why do you guys (mods) feel the need to show us that your PM box is full? It's bound to happen since you guys are mods you know... I am a manager in retail and I get all kinds of shit from people. I know it can be overwhelming but the truth is... that's what your there for.. Yes, sometimes it can be overwhelming, but that's what your there for... for people to come to you in time of need. Whether it is good or bad...
