Wut Weapon 4 a lvl 30 PvP Cser

Should i make a c/c or c/s build for a lvl 30 pvp cser, and also what weapon(s) should i use

lvl 30 if you go for sin make a kicker but then again if you wanna go claws then find ones with max dmg or ed or maybe i dont know what im talking about since i quit awhile but kicker i remember is still good

Ok let me give you an update. A cser is a cobra striker, but her main attack will be dtalon. I need a good c/c or c/s claw (maybe shield if c/s) to charge up cobra strike and also do decent damage. The kick is the finishing move for the llife steal.
