need some help with a bot

i'm not big on the whole bot thing so i don't really know what i'm doing.

i used to run pindlebot awhile back, but that was a long time ago and even then i had to have someone walk me through the whole thing.

what is the best bot out there for mfing right now? i'm using a blizz sorc on west ladder.

and is using a bot against blizzards little list of breaking the rules or is it lefit to run one?
