need advice on a sorc mf shield

i was looking at things are somewhat cheap but still work well.

should i use rhyme or splendor? those are the two with mf and decent other stats i found.

if there is something better to use plz let me know. thx

I remember when I used Splendor use it.
Its a good shield use it in a Troll Shield.
