Need a little help please

Hello everyone, this is my first post!

I searched the forums, but couldn't find a topic regarding this, so here it goes.

I have a question about RedVex and Act 5 on classic. I am able to get to Act 5 and have done the socket quest easily, but I don't know how to complete the quest with Anya and the resistance scroll. I get to Anya and she says to talk to Malah, but Malah never gives me the defrost potion, so I was wondering how do I finish this quest? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is some bugged quests on act 5 classic such as this one, some quests you may be able to complete and others you will not.

Sadly that would give you an instant C/I if it wasn't in your inventory.
