whats tcmbp and whats it do?

on d2 i heard some people talkin bout a good mod called tcmbp. What is it and where do i download it? i heard that it can change stats or somethin? and btw i already searched tcmbp and nothin was found except 3 threads which didnt have how to use tcmbp or what it does

it supposibly up's your base fhr/fcr/ias by 40 but it's only on the user side view in other words; it's useless

it does make you tele faster i had it for about a week, than i started pking and it was worthless, when you tele to much the server dont register it and you get tele delays so that's why i dont use it anymore

Its inconsistent imo. I dont ever run it during pvp because it lags my moves/casts sometimes at different intervals and it affects my pking. Don't use it, not only is it bming but it is hard to control.

ok, what it does:
it seems that there is a flaw in diablo 2 where the breakpoint information is actually stored in your diablo 2 directory aka your computer. so the tcmbp mod changes the base values for these breakpoints to a higher value. this results in increased fhr/ias/fcr and it may now be possible to even edit run/walk speed. i have been using this mod for a while, and it can be very useful.
