It's safe, for now, but it will be found sooner or later.

Note anything that modifies the way d2 was intended to function (maphack, mods), even if its a form of add on such as D2 Loader, will most likely be detected if warden scans diablo's memory. The chances of them actually working on warden still is slim since the news about SC2, but dont underestimate blizzard, they could do another check tomorrow, or three months from now.
